Instrumentation utilized for Characterization and Testing of Graphonyx Materials

Over the last nine years there have been more than 300 analyses, utilizing sophisticated techniques from a variety of Nano Research Laboratories, to identify and verify the properties, purity and structural characteristics of the Graphonyx. This material has been described as a unique allotrope of carbon referred to in the nano technology field as Carbon Nano Onions (CNO). Research and development efforts in the characterization and functionalization of this material have led to numerous interesting discoveries as to its potential uses. Its high content of crystalline graphitic carbon phase (versus disordered amorphous carbon phase), has been verified many different ways.
